Delivery and Returns

Your pack shipment

We deliver for FREE to all Mainland UK addresses when you spend £45 or more online. For addresses outside Mainland UK please contact us for a quote before placing your order. If you spend less than £45 delivery is just £3.95

For orders received and paid for before 2:00pm, we aim to despatch on the same day via Royal Mail 2nd class or standard parcels. We will keep you updated on your order status via email.

If you prefer delivery by Royal Mail recorded delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We sometimes use recycled boxes and packing materials to keep costs down.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. If you have not received your goods within 10 days, please contact us.

If you require your item faster, please contact us before you place your order for a quote on delivery charges.

Returns
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or you change your mind, please return the items within 7 working days of receipt. This applies only to items that are unopened, unused and unwashed. You may then choose a refund or exchange. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning items and we ask that you contact us so that we know to expect your parcel.

If your item is faulty, please contact us to inform us. You will then be asked to return the item to us and we will refund your postage. You are entitled to a full refund or exchange.
